Resident Manager/Handyman for 24 Units Baldwin Park

Collect rent and fill out receipts and rent roll.
Show apartment to prospective applicants.
Process lease paperwork for new tenants and fill out appropriate forms for tenants moving out.
Prepare apartment for rental. Clean, paint and fix anything that needs to be fixed using RRP standards and good workmanship. RRP training is paid for.
Supervise all work done by outside vendors.
Office work as needed and keep office clean.
Monitor Security cameras.
Keep property (laundry room, common area, parking lot, all areas) clean and in safe condition at all times.
All handyman services. Need to fix anything and everything!!!! At times, work on special projects.
Must have his/her own vehicle.
Must have good credit and no evictions. Must live in 3 bedroom Manager's Apartment on site in Baldwin Park.
Must speak English and Spanish.
